One of the most effective office programs for you computer is going to be OneNote. This program comes bundled up with a few of the different Microsoft Office suites. The little extra initial investment is going to pay off once you begin to use it and start using it to its full potential.

OneNote allows you to combine all your thoughts, clips from the internet, photos, videos and doodles from every different source. This is very helpful as you are constantly on a site when you find something that you absolutely can’t forget. Currently you either keep the little tap up on your computer for weeks simply because we are all busy and don’t have the time to jot something down; or you print it only for it to get blended in with the piles of papers on your desk only to be found a week late. With OneNote you are able to copy and past it to OneNote and a link back to the original site is automatically included.

One other feature that really makes OneNote an amazing program is that you can have multiple notebooks running at one time. The saying a place for everything and everything in its place is exactly what the designers of OneNote must have been thinking. You can have multiple different notebooks containing coordinating information perhaps one related to your job, one for family vacations and yet another for your up coming party. Then within the notebooks you are able to make little dividers and tabs to help you coordinate your information even further.
